At the recommendation of our EC Reviewers, we have published a summary "Advice to Archives" Guide which summarises the issues identified in our fuller D2.2 Report on the implications for archives of the requirements of Directive 95/46/EC, which have been implemented by Member States in a variety of legislative instruments since the adoption of the Directive in 1995
While this document can only provide guidance, it does contain checklists of things which we recommend that archives should Ensure, Monitor and Consider.
